The PureProject Group was founded in 2002. We help service firms use project management tools and techniques to save time and money. Our easy-to-learn, easy-to-use approach helps our clients write better proposals, create honest schedules and budgets, and deliver outstanding products. The PureProject Group teaches clients project management using their own projects and processes; customized to meet their needs. Our services include training and consulting in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, project scoping and team and client management.

Debbie brings a unique combination of project management experience, classroom training and business savvy to her role as Principal at The PureProject Group. She has over a decade of experience scheduling, budgeting, scoping and managing projects.

Debbie founded The PureProject Group to demystify and simplify project management for service businesses. She helps companies learn and use project management tools and techniques that save them time and money. Debbie has an MBA in International Business from Erasmus University and a Master’s Degree in City Planning from UC Berkeley.
