Getting Started

It's easy to work with the PureProject Group! Think of us as your project management accounting firm. We'll work with you as much, or as little as you need. We're happy to come in and spend a few hours helping you set rates. Or, we can help you set up and maintain team, client and project management processes and systems.

1. Consultation

We start all our projects with an initial consultation where we learn about your business and your goals. Perhaps you need help with schedules and budgets, maybe you need to set rates, or perhaps you need a comprehensive approach to project management. Whatever your situation, the purpose of our initial consultation is to understand how we can help you.

2. Project Proposal

Based upon what we learned from you in our initial consultation, we'll assess the best way work together to meet your goals. We'll describe our approach in a Project Proposal that outlines what we'll do, how we'll do it, and how much the work will cost. We'll also meet with you to go over the Proposal and answer any questions you may have.

3. Statement of Work

In order to make sure we both understand the work do be done, we'll develop a Statement of Work that outlines the work we will do and the deliverables we will provide. At the PureProject Group, we feel that writing everything down and agreeing to it in advance is the best way to achieve your business goals.

4. Engagement

Now comes the fun stuff! We'll work together to help you get control of your projects by implementing the Statement of Work. Our engagements include a blend of training and integration/implementation support based upon your business and project goals.
